Case Management Course

Case Management is a critical service provided to clients. Case Managers may work with children, adults, or families providing preventative and protective services. Case Managers often work with individuals who have mental health needs, intellectual and developmental disabilities, varying cultural/ethnic backgrounds, etc. Case Managers must complete assessments, plan for intervention, and complete evaluations for clients. Case Managers may also have to conduct investigations into the well-being of their clients. Knowledge of best practices and standard procedures within these areas can increase rapport with clients and improve case management outcomes.
