Karpet King Design Center relied on an offline, manual order management process that limited operational visibility, slowed order fulfillment, and increased administrative costs. Their existing websites also lacked modern design, performance optimization, and customer-friendly digital tools, making it difficult to scale operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Solution

We migrated Karpet King Design Center from an offline workflow to a fully digital end-to-end Order Management System using BigCommerce (BMS), centralizing orders, products, and customer data into a single platform.

In parallel, we completely redesigned and optimized both KarpetKingUSA.com and CarpetPalace-USA.com, focusing on performance, usability, and conversion.

Key enhancements included:

  • Implemented an end to end order management system through Big commerce. Including Customized Sales Dashboard, Importing more than 1000 products etc.

  • Calendly integration for seamless shop-at-home appointment scheduling

  • Roomvo catalog and visualizer integration to help customers preview flooring in real spaces

  • Improved navigation and service workflows to support both in-store and online customers
