- Project: Chevron Oronite Pvt. Ltd., FEP-Wave1 Project, Jurong Island, Singapore: Our scope of work involved in completing Stress analysis Engineering & Support detail Engineering in the above project. In this project we conducted the overall study of existing systems of Pump system, Tank connected system, Core process piping systems including Reactors and vessel connected system and recommended cost-effective solutions of Pipe routing with analysis-based feasibility approach. Existing machinery and mechanical equipment study has been conducted to include ne piping systems.
- Project: Shell Marina ,Shell Seraya / Shell Bukom Projects , Singapore : Our scope of work involved in Trouble shooting & Support design recommendations for Vibrations in Existing Critical piping systems. We also involved in trouble shooting works and solution provider for existing Shell and PCS complex projects in Singapore and recommended solutions based on study using Stress Analysis.
- Project: Bacalhau FPSO Project with a production capacity of up to 220,000 barrels of crude oil : Our scope of work included in performing a rigorous Stress analysis to mitigate the fatigue clearance for all the above piping systems of 10K & 15K piping. Also involved in issuing the isometrics for construction phase of the project.
- Project: Exxon Mobil SAR2 IPP Project, Jurong Island, Singapore: PAC unit in the above project scope includes several Tie-in’s connecting to the existing Pipelines. Routing for the new piping are accommodated among the existing pipelines which face more space constraint. Stress analysis & Support Engineering study for the above scope of work has been completed facing many sites condition challenges.
- Project: Valspar Singapore Resin Project, Singapore: This project scope involves Stress analysis & Support activities for Reactors and Equipment’s mounted on Load cells and Equipment’s which are closely placed to each other.
- Project: LANXESS Butyl Pte Ltd, Singapore PBR Nbdr Compass Project, Singapore: This project scope involves Stress analysis & Support activities for high density cement service piping and connected pumps, Slurry piping system and connected pumps , Agitator mounted Reactors for slurry/cement systems and systems affected with differential settlement between Rack & Column piping.
